We strongly recommend customers when placing an order, to be aware that orders cannot be cancelled, nor returned or exchanged unless authorized by McDal Corporation.
For a request from the consumer for a product to be returned, exchanged or order cancelled will be upon the sole discretion of the McDal Corporation.

Refunds would ONLY be considered for the purchase price of the product shipping from our King Of Prussia facility or a factory shipped product, LESS a 30% restocking fee.
No refunds will be reimbursed on the shipping and handling charges.
Refunds returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Custom orders are sold as a "Final Sale" basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits allowed.

Returning products:

Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be unused or defective to be returned. There may be a 30% restocking fee for products that do not meet these conditions.
Products shipped from the manufacturer may have a 30% restock fee.
Processing your return will take from 2-4 weeks.
For deliveries that arrive by parcel use the original box or use a sturdy substitute to ship products. Include your Return Authorization form you received from McDal Corporation. No COD's.
If you are shipping the product, carefully package the item(s) and include the Return Authorization Form and a COPY of the ORIGINAL packing slip. Please prepay shipping as McDal does not accept C.O.D.s.
